Mumbai – Shirdi – Sai Baba Pilgrimage Tour

4 Days 3 Nights  (Sai Baba ) Shirdi Pilgrimage Tour :-

Day 01: Bombay (Mumbai)  

Depart from  Changi Airport  for flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival, proceed for immigration clearance & Welcome to Bollywood of India.and the commercial capital of India and busiest port handling over 40 % of India’s maritime and  trade,  On arrival meet by our representative and  transfer to hotel for

check in after freshen up, tour of Bombay visit Gateway of India the Marble Arch was designed by George Witter to Commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary in 1911.Drive past Clock Tower, A most interesting railway station the Victoria terminus (built in the Italian Gothic style), Crawford Market, Marine drive and visit  Dhobi Ghats spectacular sight where thousands of  Dhobi’s do laundry. The Mahalakshmi temple is one of the most famous temples of the city of Mumbai, it is dedicated to Mahalakshmi the central deity of Devi Mahatmyam, the temple was built in 1831 by Dhakji Dadaji, a Hindu merchant. Drive through Hollywood residential area , Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel  .

 Day 02: Bombay / Shirdi  (B/D)

After breakfast at  hotel proceed and drive  to Shirdi 235 kms approx. 5 hours stop at NASIK visit famous temple of TRIMBAKESHWAR  One of the 12 great Jyotirlingas, the temple of the Tryambakeshwar lies near the source of the Godavari river in the Sahyadri ranges 32 Kms from Nasik city. According to legend,  Gautama Rishi performed a great penance and prayer to Lord Shiva on the Brahmagiri HillThe temple is devoted to Lord Shiva. arrive check in hotel  dinner and overnight stay in Shirdi.

Day 03: – Shirdi  (B/D) 

Morning after breakfast visit one of the famous temple in India for Darshan .The saga of Sri Sathya Sai Baba of Shirdi started in to the middle of 19 century when as a boy of about 16 yrs of age, he first appeared here under a Neem  tree absorbed in a hard Penance. For the next 60 years, he devoted his life for the upliftment of the poor and suffering. His origin, religion and early life are shrouded in mystery and though he is believed to be an incarnation of Lord Shiva, his teachings transcend all religions and beliefs. On Tuesday the 15 October 1918, Shri Sai Baba entered his Samadhi. Today all places, persons and possessions connected with him , too have become objects of  Veneration by Millions of devotees who journey to Shirdi every year also visit  Khandoba Temple. Khandoba Taya temple is located 7 minutes walk away from the Shirdi Saibaba temple. This is where Mahal sapati first welcomed Sai Baba and recognized that He is no ordinary Saint.  Later after freshen up  drive to Shani Temple which is 70 km from Shirdi. Shani  Shingnapur Situated in Nevasataluka in  Ahmednagar district the village is known for its popular temple of Shani, the Hindu god of the planet (graha) Saturn. Shingnapuris 35 km from Ahmed Nagar city. Shingnapur is also famous for the fact that no house in the village has doors, only door frames. Despite this, no theft  is reported in the village. Villagers never keep their valuables  under lock and key. Villagers believe that the temple is a “jagrut devasthan” (lit. “alive temple”),meaning that the god here is very powerful. They  believe that god Shani punishes anyone attempting theft. The deity here is “Swayambhu ” (Sanskrit: self-evolved deity) that has emerged from earth in the form of black but imposing stone. Though no one knows the exact period,  it is believed that the Swayambhu  Shaneshwara statue was found from time immemorial by shepherds of the then local hamlet. It is believed to be in existence at least since Kali yuga, late afternoon drive back to Shirdi,  Dinner and overnight stay at hotel

 Day 04: Shirdi / Bombay / Delhi    (B/D) 

After breakfast at the hotel  you may want to pick up some souvenirs and do some shopping or may want to have Darshan again later, drive to Bombay and transfer to the International  airport for flight to  your sweet destination.
